60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind QiRobur. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your original purchase date — even if the bottle is empty. We're confident enough in the formula to take that risk.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our customer support team at support@qirobur.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle — you will not be charged again after cancellation. Refunds for the most recent subscription charge are available within 60 days of that charge.
Return Shipping
You do not need to return the product to receive a refund. We trust our customers and prefer not to waste product or shipping resources.
Exceptions
This guarantee applies to purchases made directly through qirobur.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy. The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
